Motor Town Mod Setup Guide
Introduction
This guide explains how to install mods for Motor Town. Download the mods below and place them in your game's Paks directory.
Installation
Locate your Motor Town game directory. The mods folder is at:
Motor Town\MotorTown\Content\Paks
Option A: Place mods directly in Paks
Copy the downloaded .pak files directly into the Paks folder.
Option B: Use a mods subfolder
Create a folder named mods inside Paks and place the .pak files there:
Motor Town\MotorTown\Content\Paks\mods\
Either option works. Restart the game after installing mods.

Back up your saves. Remove any older version of this mod before installing.
Install path
Place MajasMnTrailerworksV5.1-7.17_P.pak into your game Paks folder (next to MotorTown-Windows.pak):
Steam\steamapps\common\Motor Town\MotorTown\Content\Paks
Client config – max vehicle length
To change the default 30 m max combined vehicle length:
- Press Win + R and paste:
%localappdata%\MotorTown\Saved\Config\Windows - Open
Engine.iniin a text editor and add the following at the bottom:
[ConsoleVariables]
mh.maxCombinedVehicleLength=3500Change 3500 to the value you want: 3000 = 30 m, 6000 = 60 m, 10000 = 100 m, etc. This affects single-player only; in multiplayer you are limited by the server's setting.
Important: Right-click Engine.ini and set it to Read Only. Hotfix and test builds reset this file when you close the game.
